Ingredients

1 Whole wheat tortilla 1
1/2 cup Chicken, cooked and diced/shredded 2
2 tbs Hummus 3
1/2 cup Fresh spinach or lettuce
1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, divided in half OR 1/2 medium roma tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup Red onion, finely diced (optional)
Optional: 2 tbs feta cheese

Steps:

Place all of the ingredients in the wrap bread and wrap up! Roll wrap in foil to take on the-go (be sure to keep refrigerated or in an insulated lunch bag), or slice down the center and enjoy!
