Ingredients

10 cups broccoli florets (about 3-1/2 pounds)
6 cups seedless red grapes (about 3 pounds)
1 cup sliced celery
6 green onions, sliced
2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-1/3 cups slivered almonds, toasted

Steps:

In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes, celery and onions. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. , Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, gently stir in bacon and almonds.

1/2 cup sour cream
5 cups green seedless grapes, washed and stemed
mint sprig

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the brown sugar and sour cream.
Add in the grapes, stir to coat well.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Spoon into individual serving dishes; garnish with mint sprig.

2 packages lemon jello small
2 cups hot water
1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
2 cans frozen grape juice concentrate 6oz each
1 cup whipped cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup small marshmallows
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

DISSOLVE jello in 2 cups hot water. Add frozen grape juice. Do not dilute. Chill until partially set. FOLD in drained pineapple and nuts. Chill until set. BEAT softened cream cheese and marshmallows with sugar until creamy. Blend in whipped topping. Spoon over firm jello. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
