PEANUT BUTTER BALLS WITH GRAHAM CRACKERS
Classic peanut butter balls made with graham cracker and dipped in chocolate taste just like reese's peanut butter cups are an easy, no bake candy recipe that's perfect for Christmas and the holidays.

Steps:
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined and smooth. Shape into balls, about 1 inch in diameter place on a cookie sheet, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and shortening. Heat for 1 minute and stir, then continue heating for 20-30 seconds and stirring after each interval until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until completely smooth.
- Dip balls into chocolate with a fork and place on a cookie sheet until firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Set almond bark aside; mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Note: I had to mix it with my hands.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Melt almond bark.
- Form crumb mixture into balls and dip in melted almond bark, place on waxed paper.
- Allow the almond bark to cool and set up.

Fun little bon bons for a Holiday tray or to curb the "gotta have some peanut butter and chocolate" cravings. I make them pretty small - about 1/2 tablespoon of bon bon dough but that is just a personal preference. I have also frozen them before I dipped them in the chocolate so they don't lose their shape. - In a medium saucepan, melt together the peanut butter and butter, stirring occasionally until warm and smooth. In a large bowl, stir together the confectioners' sugar and rice cereal; pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal mixture and use your hands to blend well. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and chill.
