1 bottle grape flavoring
3 bags of white choc chips
2 cans sweetened milk
2 cups [a lil more if still wet] powdered sugar
oblong baking dish lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • 1. MELT W. CHOC CHIPS IN DOUBLE BOILER. ADD MILK POWDERED SUGAR AND FLAVORING
  • 2. POUR INTO OBLONG PAN LINED WITH WAX PAPER
  • 3. PUT IN FRIDGE 4 A FEW HOURS TIL SET
  • 4. TAKE OUT CUT INTO SQRES AND PLATE

This fudgy cheesecake is particularly popular with my two children. It's also a favorite with guests at the cheesecake party my wife and I host every year.-Scott Fox, Fergus Falls, Minnesota

Yield 10-12 servings.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers (about 30 wafers)
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/3 cup butter, melted
FILLING:
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, sugar and cocoa; stir in butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan; set aside. , In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in chocolate. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Gradually stir in milk and vanilla. Pour over crust. Place pan on a baking sheet., Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan. Refrigerate leftovers.

- 1 box instant cheese cake pudding
- oblong pan lined with wax paper

Steps:

  • MELT W.CHOC CHIPS IN DOUBLE BOILER. ADD SWEETENED CAN MILK. ADD THE INSTANT CHEESE CAKE PUDDING, AND POWDERED SUGAR. MIX WELL.
  • POUR INTO LINED PAN PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR A FEW HOURS
  • TAKE OUT AND CUT INTO SQRS AND PLATE
  • HOPE U LIKE IT!!!!

1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed and softened
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with lightly buttered waxed paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
  • Combine butter, sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows in a heavy 2 1/2 to 3 quart saucepan.
  • Bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat; stirring constantly.
  • Continue boiling 5 1/2 minutes on medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cream cheese and white chocolate chips until melted.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Cool at room temperature.
  • Cut into squares.

1 ½ cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup hot water
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter

Steps:

  • Cream butter or margarine and sugar together in a large bowl. Add vanilla, and then eggs to the mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix together flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Sour the milk by adding the lemon juice or vinegar. Add flour mixture alternately with soured milk to the creamed mixture.
  • Mix cocoa and hot water together, and beat into batter.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cool, and frost with desired frosting.
