In a bowl, add half a cup of water. Add the unflavored gelatin to the bowl and mix it with water. Next, set it aside to rest.
Set up a double boiler (Add a pot on top of a pot filled with water. Once the water in the bottom pot is boiling, turn down the heat to a simmer)
Add the cannabis oil (terpenes) and lecithin. Let it melt and proceed to whisk until mixed properly. Next, let it sit over the simmering pot.
Add the other 1/2 cup of water to small pan. Get it to a boil and let sit on medium heat. Next, add the mold inhibitor (lemon juice) and Jello pack to the small pan with water.
Add the Jello mixture to the top of the double boiler that has the melted oil and lecithin. Mix until all ingredients are fully mixed.
Add the bowl of gelatin to the top of the double boiler. Next, add 8 flavoring oil drops. Continue to whisk for at least 10 minutes to make sure no clumps remain.
Use squeeze bottle to add the gummy mix to your gummy molds. Once filled, move THC gummies to fridge and let them sit for 45 minutes.
Take gummies out of fridge and remove them from mold. Let them air dry at room temperature on a tray for 24 hours. This will affect the texture of the gummy.
You could add sugar to your gummies. Do so after they’ve been air dried. Once finalized, move thc gummies to airtight container.
