- In a blender, blend Kool-Aid mix, sugar and pineapple juice until sugar is dissolved and mixture is frothy. Pour into a punch bowl; add water and soda. Serve immediately.

My Mum got this about 20 years ago from one of her friends along with another non-alcoholic punch. Great in the summer served chilled at a barbeque. Cooking time does not include chilling so please take that into account.
