This Ginger Peach Green Smoothie is my new favorite of all the green smoothie combinations that I've ever tried! It's dairy free, vegan, and paleo.

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 Peach
8 ounce Pineapple
2 ounce Fresh Spinach
1 bottle Ginger Kombucha

Steps:

  • Chop the Pineapple (8 ounce). Chop the Peach (2) in half and remove the pits.
  • Place them in the blender, then add the Fresh Spinach (2 ounce) and Ginger Kombucha (1 bottle).
  • Blend, starting on low and increasing the speed to high for about one minute, or until smoothie is completely blended.
  • Pour from blender into cups and serve.

This green ginger peach smoothie is made with peaches, honey and fresh ginger and tastes amazing!

1 cup baby spinach (loosely packed)
1 tsp ginger (peeled and grated)
2 cups peaches (frozen)
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2/3 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Place spinach, ginger, peaches and oats in blender and pulse to combine.
  • Add yogurt, almond milk, honey and salt. Pulse blender to desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

A super easy, fragrant and summery Ginger Peach Smoothie to start your day. Just blend peaches, banana, ginger and plant milk and you're done. See my tips for prepping ahead to make it even quicker for busy mornings!

2 ripe juicy peaches (, (You can use frozen peaches but if you do use a fresh banana and not a frozen one))
1 medium frozen banana ((fresh or frozen))
¾ cup (180 mls) non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup ((optional - add to taste or not at all))
1 approx 2½ inches long stick fresh ginger (, roughly x ½inch wide)
OR ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Remove the pits from the peaches and add them along with the other ingredients to a blender. I recommend starting with only half of the fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger.
  • Blend until smooth then give it a taste. Add a little more ginger if you want a stronger flavour.
  • Serve immediately

8 ounces fresh pineapple, chopped
2 ounces fresh spinach or kale, washed and stems removed
1 16-ounce bottle ginger kombucha

Steps:

  • Cut the peaches or nectarines in half and remove the pits.
  • Place them in the blender, then add the pineapple, spinach, and finally the kombucha.
  • Blend, starting on low and increasing the speed to high for about one minute, or until smoothie is completely blended.

1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or another milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger (about 1/2 thumb-sized piece, peeled and diced*)
1 cup baby spinach (packed)
Optional: Honey (agave, or another sweetener of choice)

Steps:
