5 Healthy Yogurt Parfaits image

These 5 Healthy Yogurt Parfaits are perfect for meal prepping as a breakfast, snack or even dessert! Made with protein packed yogurt + easily customizable!

1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
¼ cup chopped mango
¼ cup chopped pineapple
1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
¼ cup frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons granola
1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
¼ cup apple
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
½ teaspoon maple syrup
1 cup FAGE 0% Total Yogurt
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Steps:

  • Prepare 5 glass mason jars. Fill each mason jar with 1 cup of FAGE 0% Total Yogurt.
  • Add parfait toppings to individual jars. I recommend leaving them on top of the yogurt and stirring together only when ready to eat.
  • Cover parfait jars with lids + store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. When ready to enjoy, simply remove from the fridge, stir + enjoy!

These healthy fruit and yogurt parfaits are incredibly easy to make and are the perfect make-ahead grab-n-go breakfast.

3/4 cup yogurt ((plant-based, plain yogurt, or Greek yogurt))
1/2 cup mixed berries ((blueberries, strawberries, raspberries))
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon granola
1/2 tablespoon coconut flakes ((optional))

Steps:

  • Wash the berries, and if some are too big, chop them into smaller pieces.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to a mason jar.
  • Add half of the chopped fruit.
  • Add the remaining yogurt.
  • Top with the rest of the mixed berries, granola (see notes), maple syrup, and coconut flakes.
  • Seal the lids and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • When you are ready to eat the yogurt parfaits, simply remove them from the fridge, mix, and enjoy.

Number Of Ingredients 5

One 17 1/2-ounce container plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
Assorted berries (or other fruit of your choice)

Steps:

  • First, pour the yogurt into a bowl. Then add the cream and vanilla. With a whisk, carefully stir until combined. It should be nice and thick.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top of the yogurt mixture. Do not stir the mixture. Cover the bowl with foil or plastic wrap and tightly seal the edges. Place in the refrigerator for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
  • When you are ready to serve, place a small handful of berries (or other fruit) into a bowl or cup. Without stirring the mixture, spoon the yogurt over the berries. There will be creamy areas and brown sugar areas. Repeat the layers once, ending with berries on top.

1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
1 pint fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
1 cup good quality granola

Steps:

  • Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom each of 4 tall glasses. Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.

4 -6 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Layer 2 oz. yogurt, 2-3 sliced strawberries, 1/8 cup blueberries and 1/8 cup chopped pecans in parfait glass.
  • Repeat layers. Top with remaining yogurt.
  • Garnish with a few chopped pecans and/or a strawberry if desired.
