My son always asks for this guilt-free frozen yogurt pie for his birthday. Complete with peanut butter, fudge topping and nuts, it tastes ice cream parlor-good...but it's healthier. -Margaret Hanson-Maddox, Montpelier, Indiana

1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons light corn syrup, divided
3 tablespoons reduced-fat butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
1/4 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup fat-free hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1/4 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
4 cups fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt, softened

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine 1/4 cup corn syrup, butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute., Remove from the heat; stir in cereal until blended. Press into a greased 9-in. pie plate., In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, hot fudge topping and remaining corn syrup. Set aside 1/3 cup for topping. Spread remaining mixture over crust; sprinkle with half of the peanuts. Top with frozen yogurt. Freeze, covered, for 6 hours or until firm. , Warm reserved peanut butter mixture; drizzle over pie. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.

Vegetable oil cooking spray
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 3/4 cups brownie mix (recommended: Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 (1.4-ounce) milk chocolate-toffee candy bars, coarsely chopped (recommended: Heath or Skor)
1 pint dulche de leche or caramel ice cream (recommended: Haagen-Dazs), softened
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (12-ounce) bag frozen strawberries, thawed
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Brownie layer: Put an oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8 by 8-inch glass baking pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper, allowing 2 inches of paper to overhang the sides. Set aside. Spray the parchment paper with vegetable oil cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl mix together the water, oil and egg. Add the brownie mix and stir until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and candy bar pieces. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and cool the brownie layer completely in the pan, about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Ice cream layer: Using a spatula, spread the softened ice cream on top of the brownie layer and freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
  • Chocolate layer: In a small saucepan, heat the cream over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling. Remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Using a spatula, spread the chocolate mixture over the ice cream layer. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  • Sauce: Put the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • To serve: Remove the layers from the pan and peel away the parchment paper. Cut the layers into squares and drizzle with the strawberry sauce.

Hershey's Sundae Pie Recipe makes a delicious chocolate cream pie that you can put together in 15 minutes, tops. It doesn't require any baking or chilling in its preparation.

½ pkg Oreo cookies, or store brand
2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding
2½ cups whole milk
8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
Hershey's Sundae Syrup
16 oz heavy whipping cream
½ cup confectioner's sugar

Steps:

  • Crush ½ package of Oreo cookies or store brand chocolate cookies. You can do this by pulsing them in a food processor. Or by placing them in a zipped plastic bag and rolling them with a rolling pin.
  • Press the crust chocolate cookie crumbs into the bottom of pie plate and up along the edges. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer, combine 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding mix, 2 ½ cups of milk, and thawed whipped topping. Using whisk attachment, whip until well combined. If the mixture is too stiff, ad a bit more milk. Pour contents into crust.
  • Drizzle Hershey's syrup over chocolate layer in desired amount.
  • With an electric mixer, using a whisk attachment, whip together 1 oz heavy whipping cream and ½ cup confectioner's sugar until stiff peaks form. Add to the pie.
  • Drizzle the whipped cream with Hershey's Syrup before serving.

8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups milk

Steps:

  • Whip the cream cheese until softened.
  • Blend in powdered sugar, cool-whip and vanilla extract.
  • Put into crust and smooth out top.
  • Make pudding as directed on box for a pie, using only 1 1/2 cups of milk.
  • Top pie with pudding mixture and smooth out top.
  • Finish with Cool Whip and chocolate curls.
  • Refrigerate until set.
