Steps:
- Combine grapefruit juice, club soda, Campari, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Pour into ice-filled glasses, and garnish each with a twist.

Steps:
- Combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, Campari, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
