Whether you're hosting for Game Day or just have a hankering for a hearty snack, you can't go wrong with classic hot wings. Oven-baked wings get tossed in the most delicious buffalo wing sauce for one mouthwatering bite. With a spicy kick from Frank's RedHot® sauce, these buffalo chicken wings are finger-licking good!

1/3 cup butter melted
1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 450F. Mix butter and RedHot Sauce in medium bowl; set aside.
  • ARRANGE wings on large foil-lined pan. Bake on lowest oven rack for 30 minutes or until crispy, turning once.
  • TOSS wings in sauce mixture until well coated. Serve with blue cheese and celery, if desired.

2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup Frank's red hot sauce (or 3/4 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce)
1/3 cup butter, melted (if NOT using Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce)
3 celery ribs, sliced in lengths as for dipping (optional)
1/2 cucumber, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup blue cheese, dip (optional)

Steps:

  • If Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce is not available, mix together the Frank's Red Hot Sauce with the butter.
  • Bake wings in foil-lined pan at 500°F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy, turning once. ALTERNATIVELY: Deep-fry at 375°F for 10 minutes; OR broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once; OR grill over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes turning often.
  • Toss wings in Buffalo Wings Sauce to coat.
  • Serve with blue cheese dip and/or cucumber slices and/or celery slices if desired.

12 chicken wings (about 2 pounds)
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 bottle (8 ounces) blue cheese dressing, if desired
Celery, carrot and zucchini sticks

Steps:

  • Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces; discard tip. Cut off excess skin; discard.
  • Heat oven to 425°. Melt margarine in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven. Mix flour, salt and pepper in large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag tightly. Shake until chicken is completely coated with flour mixture. Place in pan.
  • Bake uncovered 20 minutes; turn chicken. Mix barbecue sauce, pepper sauce, Cajun seasoning and cumin in medium bowl. Pour over chicken; toss until evenly coated with sauce. Bake uncovered 10 to 12 minutes longer or until light golden brown on outside and juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
  • Serve with dressing and celery sticks.
