Dress up dessert this Halloween with a batch of Frankenstein Pudding Cups! Everyone's favorite green ghoulie is a real pudding treat-for the eyes as well as the taste buds-when you bring a batch of Frankenstein Pudding Cups to your next Halloween party!

1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
1/4 cup finely crushed vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  • Spoon into 4 (6- to 7-oz.) plastic cups; top with cookie crumbs.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

package(s) vanilla pudding cups or homemade pudding, divided into small dishes
1 package(s) plastic cups
1 package(s) chocolate chips or baking chocolate
- green food coloring
- crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Steps:

  • Start with purchased vanilla pudding cups or homemade pudding divided into small dishes. Melt chocolate and with a small paintbrush, paint monster faces on the inside of the clear plastic cups. Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened. Add green food coloring to vanilla pudding. Pour into prepared cups, top with crushed choc. sandwich cookies, refrigerate 1 hour.
