Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 shot orange vodka
Mango nectar
1/2 shot grenadine
1 shot dark rum

Steps:

In a collins glass filled with ice, pour in orange vodka and fill almost to the top with mango nectar. Pour grenadine over top. As grenadine sinks, float dark rum by pouring over the back of a spoon.

Ingredients

1 ¼ tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons mango garlic seafood seasoning
1 ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup olive oil
4 tilapia fillets

Steps:

Mix paprika, mango garlic seasoning, cayenne pepper, dried basil, dried thyme, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt together in a bowl.
Brush a light coating of olive oil on both sides of fillets. Dredge fillets in seasoning mixture.
Heat remaining olive oil in an electric skillet to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Cook fillets until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 6 minutes per side.

Created in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in the 1950s, this is a longstanding classic. While it can be made with a variety of rums-dark, aged, spiced, white, coconut-I like using a combination, but feel free to use whatever rums you like.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces coconut cream (such as Coco Lopez)
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce aged rum
1 ounce coconut rum
Splash of coconut milk (optional)
Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Steps:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender cup. Add 1 cup of ice. Blend on High until smooth. Pour contents into a tiki glass or tall glass. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.

This pineapple cocktail is my personal concoction. It's so good! When you add the cherry juice, you will see how this drink got its name.

4 cups orange juice
1 ½ cups pineapple juice
2 cups vodka (such as Absolut®)
2 cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage (such as 7Up®)
½ cup maraschino cherry juice
ice as needed
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries

Steps:

Pour orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, lemon-lime beverage, and cherry juice into a large pitcher, in that order. Mix gently.
Serve over ice, dropping a maraschino cherry or two into each glass.
