Miracle Whip Banana Bread image

This is a very simple recipe; but packs a punch in the moist taste and texture. Try a piece with honey cream cheese spread.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

1 c miracle whip salad dressing
1 c mashed fully to over ripe bananas (about 3)
2 c all purpose flour
3/4 c granulated sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Steps:

1. Heat oven to 350^ Combine salad dressing and bananas in a large mixer bowl;blend well. Mix flour and baking soda and sugar.Add to the banana mixture stirring just until moistened, batter will be lumpy, gently stir in nuts.
2. Pour into a well greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove to wire rack to cool completely. This bread is best if wrapped and stored overnight before slicing to serve.
