- Place fish in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Brush with butter. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. , Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Steps:
- Pour 2-inches of vegetable oil into a large skillet. Place skillet over large burner and heat oil over medium high heat. To check if the oil is hot enough, drop in 1-inch cube of white bread. The bread should brown in a 40 count.
- Cut cod into 4 servings, 6 to 8-ounce portions and season with salt and pepper. Place a couple of scoops of flour in a pie tin. Combine egg and water in second tin. Season plain bread crumbs and mustard and cayenne in the third tin. Coat fish in flour, then egg, and then bread crumbs. Gently set coated fish into hot oil and fry 5 minutes on each side until medium golden brown in color.
- When the fish is evenly golden all over, remove and drain on brown paper sacks.
- Suggested: 3 disposable pie tins .

- Preheat oven to 400°. Place salmon in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Combine oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic and salt. Pour half over salmon. Place asparagus and red pepper in a large bowl; drizzle with remaining oil mixture and toss to coat. Arrange around salmon in pan; sprinkle with pepper., Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender, 12-15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

- Preheat oven to 425°. Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-in.-thick slices; cut slices into 1/2-in.-thick sticks., In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil and pepper. Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, stirring once. , Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl, mix flour and pepper. In another shallow bowl, whisk egg with water. In a third bowl, toss cornflakes with cheese and cayenne. Dip fish in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then in cornflake mixture, patting to help coating adhere. , Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. - Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and generously coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.

- For bakes: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Rub butter into flour mixture. Add water to flour and knead to form a stiff and smooth dough ball. Add flour as needed to bring the dough together.
- Pinch off golf ball -sized pieces of dough and roll in palms of hand to make smooth. Place in a greased plate. Cover with a damp paper towel. Allow to sit for one hour minimum.
- Heat oil for frying. Flour surface and roll each dough ball to 1/4-1/8 inch thickness. Place dough in hot oil. Use spoon to pour oil over each piece of dough as this will help it puff up.
