Steps:
- In a bowl , combine the biscuit mix, milk and seasoning mix; mix well.
- Pat into a greased 8x8 inch square pan; drizzle with butter.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 min or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Variation: use chili seasoning mix, or Italian or Ranch salad dressing mix.

- 1. In a large bowl, combine butter, cheeses, pepper slices and parsley; add biscuits and toss to coat. Transfer to an ungreased Bundt pan.
- 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden. Invert onto a serving plate; serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cut biscuits into quarters; arrange evenly in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with vegetables and shredded cheese. Whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings; pour evenly over layers. Top with salsa., Bake, uncovered, until casserole is browned and middle is set, 35-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Top servings with fresh cilantro leaves and additional salsa.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Tear a piece of aluminum foil large enough to loosely wrap the whole bread.
- Using a serrated knife, make a series of parallel cuts in the bread about 1-inch apart and about 2-inches deep. Then rotate the bread and cut it in the opposite direction until you end up with a crisscross pattern (see photo). Place the bread on the foil, and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients except queso cotija cheese; mix well. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture into all the bread cuts, being careful not to break the bread apart. If you get some of the cheese filling on the crust, wipe it off with a paper towel. Wrap the bread loosely in foil.
- Place the wrapped loaf on a baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, then uncover it and continue to bake 10 to 15 minutes or until the cream cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and serve warm.

- In a large bowl, combine the warm water and honey, stirring until honey is melted. Sprinkle the top of the liquid with the yeast. Set aside to allow the yeast to activate.
- By the time you finish with the chile and cheese, you should see that the yeast has activated and bubbles have formed on the surface. Stir in the salt and oil.
