BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
I tasted this tangy blue cheese dressing for the first time at a friend's house. She gave me the recipe, and now I make it every week. I always keep some in my refrigerator. This homemade recipe tastes much better than bottled blue cheese dressing and it's a snap to make. -Barbara Nowakowski, North Tonawanda, New York

SIMPLY THE BEST BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
My family's favorite blue cheese dressing--absolutely fabulous! It is even delicious made with fat-free sour cream, low-fat mayonnaise, and fat-free buttermilk. Great as a dip for vegetables or celery sticks served with buffalo chicken wings. This recipe came from a dear friend who graciously shared it many, many years ago.

TANGY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
This is great on salad, as a sandwich spread, and as a dip for chicken wings. Different because of the carmelized onions. This is also good on top of crostini. From TOH, with minor adjustments by me.
