Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup boiling water
4 cups chocolate milk
2 cups cold water
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water. Stir in the chocolate milk, cold water and condensed milk. Serve over ice.

An afternoon pick-me-up that doesn't even require an espresso machine! This easy iced caffe latte is ready in 5 minutes and tastes just as good as the coffee shop version!

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 teaspoons instant espresso powder (see note)
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons espresso (as prepared from above ingredients)
1 1/2 tablespoons (or more to taste) sweetener (sugar, honey, agave nectar)
1/4 cup half and half
1 cup milk (cows, soy, coconut, or almond)
1 pump flavored syrup (if desired, reduce sugar accordingly)
6 - 8 ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a small bowl or mug, combined the espresso powder, instant coffee, and hot water. Stir until the granules are completely dissolved.
  • Combine the prepared espresso, sweetener, half and half, milk, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until the ingredients are completely mixed. Pour into glasses and serve with whipped cream, if desired.

1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup hot brewed Easy Espresso

Steps:

  • Place milk in a 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute or until milk is hot and small bubbles form around edge of cup., Place a metal whisk in cup; whisk vigorously by holding whisk handle loosely between palms and quickly rubbing hands back and forth. Remove foam to a small measuring cup as it forms. Continue whisking until foam measures 1/8 to 1/4 cup; set aside., Pour Easy Espresso into a cup; pour in remaining hot milk. Spoon foam over top and serve immediately.

4 shots espresso (about 1 1/2 ounces each)
1/4 cup Cinnamon Simple Syrup, recipe follows
1 1/3 cups whole milk
Crushed ice, for serving
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
4 cinnamon sticks

Steps:

  • Combine the espresso, flavored simple syrup, and milk in a small pitcher. Fill each of the mason jars with crushed ice. Pour the latte mixture over the ice and serve immediately.
  • In a saucepan combine water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved. Take the pan off the heat and cool the syrup. Any extra cooled syrup can be saved in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
