CREAMY GELATIN DESSERT

Steps:

• Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water. Remove from the heat; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Stir in bananas. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add pineapple and cold water to gelatin mixture. , Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. pan; chill until set. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and flour. Gradually stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add butter; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; cool to room temperature, about 35-40 minutes. , In a small bowl beat the cream until firm peaks form; fold into pineapple juice mixture. Spread over gelatin mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill for 1-2 hours.

EASY CREAMY JELL-O DESSERT

Steps:

• {Follow the speed-set method instructions on the back of the box}.
• Dissolve gelatin mix in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
• Add ice to 1 cup cold water to make 2 1/2 cups.
• Stir ice water into gelatin and continue to stir until slightly thickened. (start to get gel-y).
• Remove any un-melted ice and stir in Cool Whip. Mix until evenly combined.
• Pour into desired pan, bowl or ramekins. Refrigerate for 30-90 minutes or until firm.

CREAMY JELL-O MOSAIC DESSERT

Steps:

• Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor of fruit gelatin mix in separate bowls; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
• Meanwhile, stir unflavored gelatine into 1-1/2 cups milk; let stand 5 min. or until gelatine is softened. Bring 2 cups of the remaining milk just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add sugar and unflavored gelatin mixture; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; cool 5 min. Add sour cream, vanilla and remaining milk; whisk until blended. Refrigerate 30 min. or until cooled but not firm.
• Cut flavored gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes; place in 12-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Pour milk mixture over gelatin cubes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until gelatin is firm. Unmold before serving.
