EASY STRAWBERRY POPSICLES

Easy Strawberry Popsicles image

I got myself a new popsicle maker and put together an easy recipe for some delicious popsicles. With the heat wave we are having, these ought to be just right.

Provided by Chef Joey Z.

Categories     Strawberry

Time 15m

Yield 6 popsicles, 6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

2/3 cup coffee creamer (I used plain coconut)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint organic strawberry (divided)
1 (6 ounce) container raspberry yogurt (I used coconut)

Steps:

  • Clean the strawberries and remove the stems. Set 6 berries aside for later.
  • Put the strawberries, yogurt, vanilla and creamer into the blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a 4 cup measuring cup.
  • Chop up the saved strawberries and add to the liquid mixture. Give it a good stir.
  • Pour the liquid into your popsicle molds and put in the freezer for about 3 hours, or until frozen through.
  • Bon Appetit!

EASY CHOCOLATE-STRAWBERRY YOGURT POPSICLES

Easy Chocolate-Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles image

My kids went ga-ga for these easy popsicles. Three simple ingredients = 15 minutes of quiet time as they enjoyed their frozen, summer treat. :)

Provided by MarthaStewartWanabe

Categories     Frozen Desserts

Time 3h

Yield 4 Popsicles (4-inch tall x 1/2-inch in diameter)

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 (6 ounce) containers Greek yogurt, strawberry (I use Chobani Brad)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (I use Hershey's Brand)
1/4 cup strawberry, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Into a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek strawberry yogurt and chocolate syrup. Then stir in chopped strawberries.
  • Carefully spoon mixture into popsicle mold. To prevent air pockets, slide a butter knife slowly in and out of each mold compartment.
  • Freeze for 3-5 hours or until frozen solid.
  • To release popsicles, carefully run warm water only over the bottom of the mold. Gently twist and pull the popsicles out of the mold.
  • Enjoy!
