- In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the cheese, buttermilk, butter and salt. Add macaroni; toss to coat., Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or or until a thermometer reads 160°.

- Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to directions on the package and drain. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Mix macaroni noodles, 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, 1 cup of gouda cheese, butter and seasonings together in a bowl.
- Pour into baking dish. Pour buttermilk over top of macaroni and stir. Top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake another 10 minutes.

- Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in large saucepan on low heat.
- Blend in flour and salt; cook and stir 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Add prepared cheese product and 1-1/2 cups of the shredded cheese; stir until melted. Stir in macaroni.
- Pour into lightly greased 1-1/2-quart casserole.
- Melt remaining 1 Tablespoon butter; toss with bread crumbs.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Meanwhile, melt 4 T. of the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Saute onions until tender and translucent.
- Whisk in flour to make a roux and cook for a couple minutes, stirring, until golden.
- Slowly whisk in the milk with a wire whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, whisking on occasion for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and whisk in grated cheese. Stir vigorously until cheese has just melted.
- Then whisk in heavy cream to achieve the desired consistency and season to taste with the salt, white pepper and mustard.
- In a mixing bowl combine sauce with drained macaroni and adjust salt and white pepper to desired flavor.

- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and dot with remaining 4 T. of butter.
- Bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Set buttermilk out at room temperature.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions, but cook for 2 minutes less than manufacturer's directions suggest. Drain pasta. Mix in 2 tablespoons butter with pasta and set aside.
- Place remaining 6 tablespoons butter, 2 cups of buttermilk, and ½ cup milk in saucepan and heat gently until butter is just melted. Using a wire whisk, mix in flour, salt, and pepper while stirring. Adjust to medium heat and seasonings. Continue heating and stirring until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and add 3 cups medium cheddar cheese and 1 cup white medium cheddar Cheese. Mix until cheese melts slightly. Add pasta. Pour into greased 9"x13" baking pan.
- In small bowl mix biscuit mix, 1/2 cup buttermilk, and 1/2 cup medium cheddar cheese. Drop biscuit mix by small teaspoons on top of macaroni. Bake until golden brown on top - 15-20 minutes.
