Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Unroll the pizza crust into a 15x10x1 inch sheet cake pan, stretch to fill the pan and curl up the edges to form a crust.
- Brush crust with olive oil and prick with a fork to avoid bubbles.
- Bake until lightly browned about 7-8 minutes.
- In a medium size bowl whisk together the eggs, milk salt and pepper.
- In a medium skillet heat a little oil over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook until soft scrambled.
- Spoon egg mixture over crust, add bacon and cheese. Bake for another 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll and press dough onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. Prick thoroughly with a fork; brush with 1 tablespoon oil. Bake until lightly browned, 7-8 minutes., Meanwhile, whisk together eggs and water. In a nonstick skillet, heat remaining oil over medium heat. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place Smithfield® breakfast sausage in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, chopping sausage and turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Cook and stir onion in the same skillet until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
