APPLE BANANA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Combine all the wet ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
• Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.
• Add dry to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
• Pour into an UNgreased 9"x13" pan.
• Bake for 1 hour.

EASY BANANA AND APPLE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease and line a 900g/2lb loaf tin.
• Cream together the sugar and butter and then gradually beat in the eggs
• Stir in the mashed bananas and apple and sieve in the flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
• Once well mixed, tip into the loaf tin and bake for 60 mins. If it starts to go too dark on top then cover with foil and keep checking the with a knife that it comes out clean to see if it's cooked.
• Once cooked, remove to a wire wrack and cool in the tin for 20-30 mins. Remove from the tin onto the rack and finish cooling completely before dusting with icing sugar.

Steps:

• Put apples and bananas in bowl.
• Add sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
• Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.
• mix well.
• Bake in greased and floured 9x13" at 350 for 1 hour.

Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda; gradually beat into sugar mixture until blended. Fold in apples and walnuts., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Serve with whipped topping.
