Steps:
- Cream the butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix after each addition. Fold in apple and pear. Stir in vanilla.
- Spread the batter in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Combine 1 cup brown sugar, pecans, 2 tbsp butter, and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-in. baking pan. In a large bowl, cream 1/2 cup butter and the sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition. Fold in apple and pear. Transfer to prepared pan. , For topping, combine brown sugar, remaining 2 tablespoons butter and the cinnamon in a small bowl; mix with a fork until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over batter. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly in pan on a wire rack.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray; dust with 1 tablespoon flour.
- Beat 1/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. The mixture should be noticeably lighter in color. Beat egg into butter mixture. Add sour cream, vanilla yogurt, and vanilla extract to the mixture; beat to integrate.
- Stir 1 cup flour, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl; add to the butter mixture and beat to combine into a batter. Fold apples into the batter. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
