Ingredients

30 servings tater tots, (1/2 2 lb bags)
16 ounces ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 12 ounce can evaporated milk

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350° F Add ground beef to a large skillet and use a metal spatula to break it up while browning over medium heat Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking all the way through Once browned, drain the meat with a strainer if need be to remove excess grease Place meat at bottom of a 9x12-inch glass baking dish Cover the meat with the Tater Tots In a mixing bowl, combine both soups with the milk in a separate bowl and mix thoroughly Pour soup mixture over top of the Tater Tots and ground beef Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown and slightly bubbly

2 lbs ground turkey, cooked seasoned, drained
3 (2 lb) bags tater tots
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

Steps:

Brown meat & place in large cass. dish.
Cover with tater tots. Mix soup & milk together.
Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.
