45 large fresh strawberries (about 2 lb.)
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1 cup cold fat-free milk, divided
1 pkg. (1 oz.) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate

Steps:

  • Cut stems off strawberries. Cut "X" in bottom of each berry; spread pieces apart to create opening in center.
  • Whisk cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl until well blended. Gradually whisk in remaining milk. Add dry pudding mix; whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP and zest. Spoon into resealable plastic bag.
  • Cut small corner from bottom of bag; use to pipe filling into berries. Melt chocolate as directed; drizzle over berries.

1/4 cup philadelphia 1/3 less fat than cream cheese

1 pkg. (1 oz.) jell-o white chocolate flavor sugar free fat free instant pudding
1 cup thawed cool whip sugar free whipped topping
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 oz. baker's bittersweet chocolate

Ingredients
15-20 strawberries (the larger the better)
1 bag of Milk Chocolate chips (I use the 11.5 oz Guittard milk chocolate chips)

Steps:

  • Directions 1. Cut the stems off your clean strawberries and carefully scoop out the top of the berry. The deeper you scoop the more chocolate it will hold. I used large strawberries so I scooped about an inch down. 2. Pour the entire bag of chocolate chips in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 second intervals. Make sure to take your bowl out every 30 seconds to stir the chips. Continue until all chips are melted. 3. Place your strawberries in an egg carton so they sit straight up. You could also use little Dixie cups. Now you can either spoon your melted chocolate into the berries or use a funnel or piping bag. I used a little baby spoon and it worked fine. Your choice. 4. Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until they harden a bit. Enjoy! Note: As someone noted there is a small chance that salmonella could be found in an empty egg carton so if this concerns you it is safer to use an ice cube tray or mini muffin tin to hold the berries while the chocolate hardens. 3 dozen large fresh strawberries
11 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Grated chocolate, optional

Steps:

  • Remove stems from strawberries; cut a deep "X" in the tip of each berry. Gently spread berries open., In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and extract until light and fluffy. Pipe or spoon about 2 teaspoons into each berry; if desired, sprinkle with chocolate. Chill until serving.

100g dark chocolate , roughly chopped
400g strawberries
30g white and milk chocolate , roughy chopped (optional)

Steps:

  • Cut a strip of baking parchment and leave to one side. To melt the dark chocolate, fill a small pan with 2cm water and bring to a simmer. Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and rest it on top of the pan, ensuring the bowl isn't touching the water. Stir the chocolate to gradually melt it. Or, melt the chocolate in 20 second blasts in the microwave, stirring after each blast until melted. Put the melted chocolate in a small deep bowl.
  • Gently hold the strawberries by the leafy top and dip into the chocolate. Tap off any excess chocolate and put on the parchment to set. If you have any leftover chocolate, pour it onto another strip of parchment and leave it to set, it can be used again.
  • If you'd like to decorate the strawberries, melt the white and milk chocolate and drizzle lightly over the fruit.
