DORITO ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Steps:

• 1. Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Add picante sauce and taco seasoning and heat through.
• 2. Layer a 9x13 baking dish with Doritos. Evenly spread ground beef mixture over Doritos. In bowl, combine enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup; pour soup mixture over ground beef. Top with additional layer of Doritos. Finally, top with cheese.
• 3. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is slightly browned.

DORITOS ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Crumble 6 cups Doritos with your hands into a large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the casserole ingredients to the Doritos. Stir with rubber spatula.
• Place into an 8 1/2x11-inch oven proof dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
• Remove from oven. Spread the sour cream over the top with a large spoon of spatula. Top with remaining 2 cups Doritos. Then sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Bake for another five minutes and serve.

DORITO® CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Cook and stir ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Drain and discard excess grease.
• Stir cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and milk with the ground beef; bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
• Spread crushed tortilla snack chips into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over crushed chips; stir. Arrange cheese slices atop the mixture.
• Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes; stir the melted cheese into the beef mixture.

EASY ENCHILADA CASSEROLE WITH DORITOS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Crumble 2/3 of bag of Doritos into mixing bowl.
• Mix in the onion, chili, 1 1/2 C cheese, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
• Place into an 8 1/2 x 11-inch casserole dish.
• Bake for 20 minutes.
• Remove from oven and spread on sour cream, remaining Doritos and 1/2 C cheese.
• Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
• Serve.

CHARLIE GIBSON'S ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven 375 degrees.
• Crumble 6 cups of Doritos with your hands into a large mixing bowl.
• Add onion, chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and 1 -1/2 cups cheddar cheese to the crumbled Doritos. Stir with a rubber spatula to combine.
• Place mixture into a 8 1/2 x 11 inch oven proof casserole dish.
• Bake for 30 minutes at 375.
• Remove from oven and spread the sour cream over the top of the casserole with a large spoon or rubber spatula. Top with remaining Doritos. Then add about a 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
• Bake for another 5 minutes.

CHICKEN DORITO ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Mix first four ingredients and heat in a saucepan.
• Spray a 9X9 baking dish.
• Place a layer of Doritos in the bottom.
• Pour 1/2 of heated mixture on top, sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated cheese.
• Repeat.
• Heat in 350 degree oven about 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
• Can be doubled and use a 9X13 pan.
• You won't need to use all the Doritos, but that way you can munch while you cook.
