With peanut butter, chocolate and marshmallows, these treats were very popular with our three kids as they were growing up-and now I make them for our two grandchildren. They're perfect for the holidays when time is so precious. -Dody Cagenello, Simsbury, Connecticut

Ingredients

36 large marshmallows
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

Line a 9-in. square pan with foil; butter the foil. Arrange marshmallows in pan. In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter; stir until smooth. Pour and spread over the marshmallows. Chill completely. Cut into 1-1/2-in. squares.

Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit, and make sure your oven rack is in the center position. Spray a silicone (best option, trust me) or metal muffin pan with nonstick baking spray.
Unwrap your dough, and add each piece to one muffin tin space. If you are using jumbo biscuit dough, press dough down to expand it a bit. Add one Peep Brand Marshmallow to each dough piece center, and wrap it completely. Flip bun over in the pan seam side down.
Bake for 11-12 minutes or until tops are golden brown and firm to the touch. Using oven mitts, remove puffs from the pan using a plastic knife to help pry. You need to do this while they are hot so that the marshmallow doesn’t stick to the pan and make a huge mess.
