Dino Kale Salad Recipes
DINO KALE SALAD
I know I should eat kale but until now couldn't find a recipe I liked. My husband doesn't like avocados. But we both love this salad. I can't get enough of it. And you can make it as spicey as you like. A gal at Whole Foods was doing a demo on kale and I asked her for the recipe. Be sure to use the Dino Kale as it isn't bitter.

Number Of Ingredients 5
Steps:
- Rinse and dry kale. Chop kale very finely.
- Add avocado, lemon juice and salt, pepper and cayenne to taste.
- With your hand squish everything together, taste, adjust seasonings and serve.

- Combine all salad ingredients. Toss with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
