- Preheat oven to 350* Prepare a cookie sheet and set aside. In a medium bowl combine cake mix, oil & eggs. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out cookies onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). In large bowl, mix cake mix, oil, vanilla and eggs with spoon until dough forms.
- Refrigerate dough 15 to 30 minutes or as needed for easier handling. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store tightly covered.

Fold in chocolate chips. , Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake 10-13 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
