CREAMY DILL CUCUMBER TOASTIES

I got this recipe years ago from a friend of a friend. I love it and make it all the time for parties. It looks great on the platter, and it is super easy! Everyone loves it!

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
½ cup mayonnaise
1 French baguette, cut into 1/2 inch thick circles
1 cucumber, sliced
2 teaspoons dried dill weed

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on a slice of bread, and top with a slice of cucumber. Sprinkle with dill. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

This is very easy! Cool cucumbers and a mild dip top fresh baguette slices. This was served at a party I attended and tasted very good.

1 (8 ounce) loaf baguette
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 (16 ounce) jar creamy dill dip

Steps:

Thinly slice the baguette. Spread each slice with creamy dill dip. Top each with a cucumber slice. Arrange on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 pkg good season's italian dressing (dry mix)
1 large baguette loaf (sliced)
1 large english cucumber or fresh summer cuke

Steps:

1. Mix cream cheese,mayo and italian dressing together,let rest in fridge for atleast an hour.
2. Slice or have the market slice for you, the baguette.
3. Peel and Slice cucumber in as 1/4"(or so)slices
4. Spread cheese mixture on slice of bread add 1 slice of cucumber, sprinkle Dill weed. Repeat till all is used. Arrange on pretty plate.

In a medium sized bowl add the cream cheese. Using hand beaters, mix until the cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each baguette. Top with a sliced cucumber and sprinkle dill weed or fresh dill over top each cucumber. Repeat until all of the baguette sliced have whipped topping and a cucumber.
