SNOW DAY SNACK MIX
This wonderfully festive Snow Day Snack Mix is the perfect easy treat all winter long! Both sweet and salty, this holiday snack mix is great for Christmas, movie nights, parties, gifts and so much more!

Steps:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Place popped popcorn on top of the parchment paper.
- Melt candy coating according to package directions and pour over the top of the popcorn. Use tongs to toss to evenly coat popcorn
- Add the pretzels and M&M'S and toss with tongs to coat again.
- Add sprinkles and marshmallows and toss again.
- Let the snack mix set for 30 minutes before breaking apart and serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.

a tasty treat to enjoy on the drive to grandma's house...makes great gifts having problems getting the first ingredient in listing..but you will need about 9 cups of miniature bite size cereal squares..I like variety here..

- you will need about 9 cups of mixed miniature cereal squares.a variety is nice --
- mix together all ingredients except chocolate and set aside.
- melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler -- stir thoroughly until melted.
- pour chocolate over dry ingredients.mix together with a large spoon --
- spread in a thin layer on wax paper.
- when cool.break into small pieces.
- store in an airtight container --
- makes 16 cups.

Transfer to an ungreased 15x10x1-in. pan., Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
