ROTEL DIP WITH GROUND BEEF
Only three ingredients in this easy dip that is a hit at any party. Rotel Dip is beefy, cheesy, and a little bit spicy!

Steps:
- Add the ground beef to a large skillet and cook over medium high heat until browned. Season with taco seasoning, if you like.
- While the beef is cooking, cube the Velveeta.
- Once the beef is cooked, drain any grease, then add in the cubed Velveeta and can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies. Stir together.
- Heat over medium heat until fully melted and smooth.
- Keep warm while serving to keep it melty and smooth.

- In a large skillet, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker. Stir in cheese and tomatoes., Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips, red pepper and cucumber sticks.
