Steps:
- Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
- Place your roast in your 4-quart crock pot fat side up
- Surround your roast with your potato wedges, onion halves and carrots
- Mix together one of your brown gravy mixes with 1 cup cold water
- Pour over your roast and veggies
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (total)
- An hour before serving, mix together your remaining brown gravy mix and 1 cup cold water
- Pour over roast and veggies
- Cover again for the last hour of cooking.

- If pork roast comes in netting or is tied, remove netting or strings. Remove fat from pork. In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, place pork. Arrange carrots around and on top of pork. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, the honey, vinegar and seasoned salt; pour over pork and carrots.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove pork and vegetables from cooker; place on serving platter. Cover to keep warm.
- In small bowl, mix 2/3 cup barbecue sauce and the flour; gradually stir into juices in cooker. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Stir in corn. Cover; cook 5 minutes longer. Serve sauce over pork and vegetables.

- Placr roast in crock pot and arrange carrots around and on top roast.
- In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, honey, vinegar and seasoned salt and pour over pork and carrots.
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove pork and vegetables from cooker and place on serving platter.
- In a bowl, mix 2/3 cup barbecue sauce and flour and gradually stir into juices in cooker.
- Increase heat setting to High.
- Cover and cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Stir in corn.
- Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
- Serve sauce over pork and vegetables.

- Rinse and dry roast.
- Combine all dry seasonings and rub onto roast.
- Use olive oil to brown the roast.
- Deglaze pan with chicken broth.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with olive oil cooking spray. Remove fat from pork. Spray pork with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper. Place in center of pan.
- In large bowl, mix carrots, onion, garlic powder, the remaining teaspoon rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Arrange vegetable mixture around pork; spray vegetables with cooking spray.
- Roast uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into center of pork reads 155°F and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; cover with foil and let stand 10 minutes until thermometer reads 160°F. Slice pork; serve with vegetables.

- Place onions in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, salt and pepper. Cut roast in half; rub with garlic mixture. Put roast in the slow cooker and add bay leaves.
- In a small bowl, combine hot water and honey; stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and cloves. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
- Remove meat and onions from slow cooker; keep warm. Discard bay leaves. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Gradually stir into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring twice.
- Slice pork; top with onions, sauce and sesame seeds. Serve on a bed of rice if desired.
