EASY CROCK POT ROUND STEAK
A delicious steak with gravy that is super simple to make in your crock pot!

- Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
- Take your steak and cut it into 5 serving size pieces
- Put your steaks into your crock pot
- Pour in your soup mix, water and soup
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours

- In a large skillet, brown meat in oil on all sides. Transfer meat and drippings to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the celery, onion, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and pepper; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 5-1/2 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. , Add the green peppers, tomato sauce, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms; cover and cook on low 1 hour longer. , Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into beef mixture. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve with rice; if desired, sprinkle with chives. ,

- Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.
- Goes well with mashed potatoes (makes a wonderful gravy!).

CROCK POT TERIYAKI STEAK
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Cut the round steak into serving-size pieces and pound to 1/8 inch in thickness.
- Combine the ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, wine, and garlic in a small bowl. Reserve.
- Place the beef in the slow cooker or crockpot and pour the sauce over it. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
- Make a slurry combining the cornstarch with the water. Pour it into the slow cooker, mix well and increase the heat to HIGH. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and green onions, and serve with your favorite sides.

Steps:
- Place steak in crock pot.
- Combine celery, soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, ginger and pepper and pour over meat.
- Cook on low 4 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
- Add peppers, tomato sauce, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms.
- Cook on low 1 hour longer.
- In a bowl, combine cornstarch and water until smooth and stir into beef mixture.

- Place browned meat atop onion.

- Cook on high heat setting for 5 hours.
- Serve over rice with steamed broccoli side dish.
