Steps:
- Heat olive in a medium pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add butter and stir constantly until melted. Pour in chicken broth; add pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Add more chicken broth if pasta starts to stick to the pan.
- Stir Parmesan cheese, cream, and parsley into the pasta and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.

CREAMY GARLIC PASTA | THE SIMPLEST & MOST INCREDIBLE 20 MINUTE RECIPE
Steps:
- Fill a stock pot with cold water, a little over half ways, season generously with sea salt and heat it with a high heat
- In the meantime, remove the cloves from a head of garlic, take the skins off the cloves and roughly chop the garlic, finely chop a handful of fresh parsley
- Once the water comes to a boil, add in 8 oz of uncooked spaghetti, mix it around to it´s fully coated in the boiling water, cook until al dente (check package instructions)
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a fry pan with a medium heat and add in 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, after 1 minute add in the chopped garlic, mix with the olive oil, after another minute add in 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, mix continuously and cook for 2 minutes, then add in 1 tsp dried oregano and 1 1/4 cups milk, once again mix continuously until the mixture thickens up, about 4 minutes, then turn off the heat and season with sea salt & black pepper
- Once the spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain into a colander, shake off any excess water, add the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the creamy sauce, along with 2 tbsp of the finely chopped parsley, mix together until well mixed
- Trasfer into shallow bowls and serve at once, enjoy!

- Cook and drain pasta; set aside.
- In dutch oven, brown beef or turkey with onion and garlic.
- (If using turkey you may need to add 1 tablespoons oil).
- When onion is transparent, add flour and stir to mix.
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes, undrained.
- Bring to a bubble; stir until sauce thickens.
- When sauce is thickened, stir in creole mustard and turn off heat.

- In a medium bowl, add shrimp, minced garlic, and creole seasoning. Rub and mix gently. Add olive oil and mix again.
- Bring a large pot of water (salted) to a boil over high heat. Cook the pasta until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add shrimp and sear the first side for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another minute or so, until slightly golden brown. Transfer to a small plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon butter. Add onion and cook for 6 – 7 minutes until softened. Add garlic and toss for 30 seconds. Add tomato paste and 1¼ teaspoons creole seasoning. Stir to mix for 30 seconds. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add pasta and cook for another 3 minutes until sauce is thickened and reduced. Taste and adjust with salt or creole seasoning. Toss the shrimp back to skillet and cook for 2 more minutes. If needed, add more broth. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
