Creamy White Turkey Lasagna image

This easy lasagna looks a lot hard to make than it is! My husband lovingly calls it "mac and cheese for grown-ups"

Provided by Six Sisters Stuff

Yield 8

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

8 oz package lasagna noodles, cooked
1 10 3/4-oz can cream of chicken soup
1 10 3/4-oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 cups cooked turkey, shredded (you can also use chicken)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, parmesan cheese, turkey, and garlic salt.
In a greased 9x13" baking pan, spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture and top with one layer of lasagna noodles. Repeat two more times.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 40-45 minutes until cheese starts to bubble and brown. Serve warm.

Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozerella, egg, oregano, and garlic together in a bowl and set aside. Mixed together cooked spinach and ground turkey.
In a large baking dish, spread about a tablespoon of sauce on the bottom of the pan. Place 1 layer of no boil noodles. Spread out 1/3 of the turkey and spinach mixture, spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture evenly, and pour more Alfredo sauce until covered. Repeat until your accomplish 3 layers.
Sprinkle remaining mozzerella cheese over it and bake covered until it starts to boil. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking so the cheese can brown slightly.

Pile the flour in a mound on a large cutting board. Create a well in the middle of the flour. Crack the eggs into the well. Use a fork to begin whisking the eggs. Then begin gradually whisking some of the surrounding flour into the egg mixture, adding more and more until the egg mixture is nice and thick. Once the mixture starts looking somewhat like a dough, start kneading the remainder of the flour in as needed.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic, sprinkling some extra flour on the cutting board if needed to prevent sticking or if the dough seems too sticky. (You want the dough to be pretty firm.) Form the dough into a ball, place an upside-down bowl over it and let the dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Use immediately or seal tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
Divide the dough into six, and flatten each piece with your hands so they will fit through the pasta roller.
Prepare a large tray or baking sheet by lining it with a tea towel and sprinkling it with ample flour. This will be where your noodles hang out before you cook them.
