This 2 Ingredient Peach Sherbet recipe is so easy to make, no churning, no machine and if you like soft serve, this treat is ready to eat in 2 minutes!

16 ounces of frozen peaches (or your favorite fruit)
1 -14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Add fruit and sweetened condensed milk to food processor or blender and combine until creamy.
  • Serve immediately as soft-serve
  • You can also freeze for an 'ice cream' like consistency. Place sherbet in an air tight container, such as a Tovolo Ice Cream Tub, and freeze for at least 3-4 hours to harden. Scoop onto a cone or into a bowl and enjoy!!

2 cups frozen, unsweetened peach slices, partially thawed
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
Freshly grated nutmeg to taste, 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar or 1 to 2 packets sweetener
1/2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt

Steps:

  • In food processor or blender, pulse/chop peaches. Add remaining ingredients; blend until creamy. May be served immediately or stored in freezer until serving time. (Other frozen fruits may be substituted for peaches.)

2 pounds fresh peaches
1 1/2 cups simple syrup (recipe follows)
Juice of 1 lemon
4 cups water
4 cups sugar

Steps:

  • Score bottom of peaches with an X and boil for about 10 seconds in boiling water and peel off skin. Remove peach pits. Puree peaches in a food processor or blender. Pour puree into a bowl and stir in simple syrup and lemon juice. Taste and adjust syrup or lemon juice to taste. Freeze in an ice cream maker using manufacturers instructions.
  • Stir water and sugar into a saucepan. Place pan over high heat and bring to a full boil. Let syrup cool before using. Store leftover syrup in a glass jar.

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar and lemon juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly; transfer to a blender. , Add the peaches; cover and process until smooth. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer sorbet to a freezer container; cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

1 pound ripe peaches - peeled, pitted, and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup water
½ cup white sugar

Steps:

  • Add peaches to a blender; blend until smooth. Measure out 1 1/2 cups peach puree into a bowl. Immediately stir in lemon juice and refrigerate.
  • Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Remove from stove and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate simple syrup until chilled, about 1 hour.
  • Pour chilled peach puree and simple syrup into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
