1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash nutmeg
1 cup strawberry slices
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing until well blended.
  • Mash 3/4 cup of strawberry slices and stir into cream cheese mixture.
  • Whip whipping cream with confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Fold remaining strawberry slices into cream cheese mixture and spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate several hours.

1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
4 oz (half of 8-oz package) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
3 containers (6 oz each) Greek Fat Free strawberry yogurt
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, place water; sprinkle with gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Heat over low heat, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Cool slightly.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add yogurt and gelatin mixture; beat on low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  • Before serving, garnish pie with additional whipped topping and sliced strawberries.

4 ounces half of 8oz package cream cheese
3 (6 ounce) containers yoplait strawberry yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 graham cracker crumb crust

Steps:

  • In 1 quart saucepan, place water; sprinkle with gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Heat over low heat, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Cool slightly.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add yogurt and gelatin mixture; beat on low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped topping, and 1/2 cup strawberries. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-3/4 cups whipped topping
1 cup strawberry glaze
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
2 pints fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
Fresh mint and additional strawberries, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in sour cream and vanilla until blended. Fold in whipped topping. , Spread half of the glaze over bottom of crust; layer with strawberries. Top with remaining glaze. Spoon cream cheese mixture over the top. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set. Garnish with mint and additional berries if desired.
