6 slices bacon*
1 tablespoon butter
4 cups (or 32 oz) Brussel sprouts (bottoms removed and halved)
½ cup onion (minced (optional))
3-4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese*
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 400Cut bacon into small pieces.
  • Heat a large heavy-duty pan or skillet to medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook 3-4 minutes or until crispy (skip this step if using pre-cooked bacon crumbles).
  • Remove the bacon from the pan and to the same pan, add 1 tablespoon butter, brussels sprouts, and onion. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stir until simmering. Taste the flavor and adjust salt and pepper as need. Drizzle with cheese and bacon. transfer to the oven and bake 15 minutes or until the brussels sprouts are tender.

1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts (halved)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a medium sized skillet add the brussels sprouts, olive oil and garlic. Sauté until almost tender about 5-7 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts and set aside.
  • Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cornstarch and whisk together until smooth. Add the Parmesan Cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat in the creamy sauce until heated through.

2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut in half
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp and evenly browned. Remove from heat.
  • Bring water, dressing and garlic powder to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add shredded cheese; stir until melted. Add to Brussels sprouts; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until sauce is hot and bubbly, and top is lightly browned.

  • Remove the stem from each sprout and cut in half. Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl.

4 cups sliced Brussels sprouts
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Generously grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with butter.

1 pinch salt
black pepper
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup newman's own parmesan and roasted garlic salad dressing
shavings parmesan cheese (to garnish)

Steps:

  • With a small knife trim the base and discard the outer layer of leaves. Score an X in the center of the base for each sprout.
  • Steam for about 5 minutes or until tender. Place cooked sprouts into a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend together yogurt and dressing, then mix all ingredients and serve. Garnish with parmesan shavings.

1 medium onion, quartered and thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Lightly coat baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • In large skillet, cook onions and garlic in butter over medium heat until onions are soft.
  • Stir in brussels sprouts and thyme.
  • Cook for 5 minutes or until onions begin to brown.
  • Add broth and bring to a boil.
  • Cook 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until broth is nearly evaporated.
  • Add cream and nutmeg.
  • Cook for 4 minutes or until broth begins to thicken.
