Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine cheese, bacon, onion and pepper.
- Separate crescent roll dough into 2 rectangles, press seams and perforations together with fingers to seal.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto rectangles, roll up, starting with longest sides.
- Press seams together to seal, cut each roll into 16 slices, place cut side down on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, onion and milk until blended. On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent dough into one long rectangle; press perforations to seal., Spread with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with bacon. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Using a serrated knife, cut roll crosswise into twenty-four (1/2-inch) slices. Place on ungreased baking sheets, cut side down., Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Refrigerate leftovers.

Stir in the bacon, cheese, onion and half of the tomato; set aside., Cut each biscuit into four pieces; press each piece into a greased miniature muffin cup. Fill with cream cheese mixture; top with remaining tomato., Bake at 375° for 14-16 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

- Use a knife or offset spreader to spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each slice of bread. Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of chives on top of cream cheese.
- Starting at one end, roll each slice of bread into a tight cylinder. Wrap a slice of bacon around each cylinder, spiraling to cover the whole piece of bread. Cut each cylinder in half. (I use my kitchen shears.)
