Cream Cheese Brownie Truffles Recipes

BROWNIE TRUFFLES

Steps:

• Bake brownies according to directions on package. Do NOT over bake. Allow to cool.
• Once cooled, scoop out brownies into a large bowl. If the edges are hard, leave those out. Add in cream cheese and stir until combined.
• Line parchment paper onto a cookie sheet. Then roll your brownie mixture into balls and place on the sheet. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.
• Melt chocolate in medium-sized bowl in the microwave. Then place your truffle ball on a fork and dip into the chocolate. Spoon chocolate on top. Once the ball is covered, tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove excess chocolate. Place ball carefully on the parchment paper. You can leave as is or top with sprinkles or extra brownie crumbles.
• Place sheet in freezer until the chocolate hardens. These are best kept in the freezer. Remove about 5 minutes before serving.

PUMPKIN-CREAM CHEESE SWIRL BROWNIES

Steps:

• Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions and pour into a prepared 13-by-9-inch baking dish. Mix the cream cheese, pumpkin pie filling and egg together in a large bowl. Spoon dollops of the pumpkin mixture over the brownie batter and use a butter knife to swirl the two flavors together. Bake as directed.

EASY CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
• Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions (water, oil, eggs).
• Pour into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
• Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
• Add sugar and mix. Add vanilla and egg; mix until well-blended.
• Place cheese mixture in dolups over the whole pan, leaving some brownie showing inbetween.
• Cut or swirl through batter several times with a knife or fork for a marbled effect. It can be tricky to get a good marble effect so be careful not to over work it.
• Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool; cut into squares. (These will also freeze well).
