CRABBIES
My mom gave me this recipe. It was a childhood favorite! Crabby, cheesy, tasty! You can freeze the mixture if you want, and then thaw and use as needed.

CRAB SNACKS
My mom makes these every year at Christmas time! Yummy! She got the recipe from one of her dear friends Barbara Radant and it can also be found in the Southern Living Annual Recipes 1983. These are excellent at a Christmas party or wedding or baby shower!

SCRABBLE MIX
We used to go to Yuma for the winter and this is one of the recipes that I got from one of our camping friends. I made them and took to one of our family reunions and they were eaten up fast. My Son loved to pick out the nuts. Great times and lots of fun.

Steps:
- 1. Be sure and layer your ingredients in a large pan. Melt margarine, seasoning salt, garlic salt and worchestiere, mix together and add to the 5 ingredients above. Mix really good
- 2. I pour them into a large cookie sheet pan to bake. Bake in oven at 275* for 1-1/2 hours stir every 20 minutes.
- 3. Cool and do a taste test. Eat some. I store in plastic or glass jars. You have to watch this really well as my family loves to get a jar and eat their fill and they can be gone soon. :)

- Prep Produce. Start making your crabby snacks by first preparing the ingredients. Wash the lemon and cut it into halves, ready for squeezing or garnishing.
- Make Base. Creating the base for the crab mixture is an essential step in crafting this recipe. Start by taking the cream cheese out of the refrigerator to allow it to reach room temperature, which ensures a smoother blend.
- Add Crab. Lump crab meat is a high-quality type of crab meat from the crab’s swimming fins. It’s known for its large size and excellent taste, with a delicate, slightly sweet flavor and tender texture.
- Scoop, Spread, & Broil. Thomas’ English muffins are a popular choice for this recipe due to their unique texture and flavor profile. These muffins are known for their distinct “nooks and crannies” — a term coined by the brand itself — which refers to the muffin’s porous surface.
- Enjoy Your Crabby Snacks! After these have been broiled to golden perfection and removed from the oven, the finishing touch is a garnish of fresh parsley.
