- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Stir in crab. Shape mixture into a ball; coat with chives. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate at least 1 hour., Preheat oven to 350°. Cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half; arrange in a single layer on ungreased baking sheets. - 1. Chop or break up your crab meat placing it into a large bowl.
- 2. Dice your celery and toss that in with the crab meat. At this time you can add shredded cheese if you want to as I did when I made this with a extra twist.
- 3. In a small mixing bowl put the rest if the ingredients and blend together. At this time you could add a pinch of cumin or other spices to change the flavor a bit . I have even used a little SLAP YOUR MAMA spice for a little kick .
- 4. Pour the mixture over the crab and celery mix it all together. Refrigerate until chilled and the flavors will come together tasting like the restaurants made it.

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy, 3-4 minutes (or use the paddle attachment on your stand mixer).
- Stir in crab meat, cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic salt and 1 tablespoon of minced chives until well combined. Taste and add a few dashes of hot sauce if you like. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
- To form the cheese ball: Remove from the refrigerator and form cheese mixture into a ball shape. Roll in remaining minced chives, coating completely (cut some more if needed). Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 15-30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- To serve: Remove cheese ball from the refrigerator and smooth all around. Remove plastic wrap and place in the center of a serving platter. Serve chilled with crackers, toasted crostini or raw vegetables.
