Country Time Lemonade Cookies Recipes

LEMONADE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
• In a large bowl, cream together butter and 1 cup sugar. Blend in eggs. In a medium bowl, sift together flour and baking soda; gradually beat into butter mixture, alternating with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheet.
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly brown. Brush lightly with remaining lemonade, and sprinkle with remaining sugar.

LEMONADE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
• In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
• Beat in eggs.
• Combine flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture.
• Mix well.
• Add 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate.
• Mix well.
• Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into an ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake for about 8 minutes, or until lightly brown around the edges.
• Do not over bake.
• Remove cookies from cookie sheet to cool on a wire rack.
• Brush each cookie with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with sugar crystals.

COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cream butter, sugar and lemonade mix.
• Add egg, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
• Add flour and baking soda and mix.
• Roll dough into teaspoons size balls place on cookie sheet.
• Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
• You may roll dough balls in sugar before baking or when cooled if desired.
• They are also good with a glaze of powdered sugar and milk.
• Great either way.

COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE CAKE

Steps:

• PREHEAT oven to 350°F Mix cake mix, pudding mix, 1/4 cup of the drink mix, 1 cup water, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan.
• BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan. Invert onto serving platter.
• DISSOLVE remaining 1/4 cup drink mix in 3 tablespoons warm water in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar with wire whisk until well blended.
• PIERCE warm cake at 1-inch intervals with fork or skewer completely through to bottom of cake. Gradually spoon powdered sugar glaze over cake; let stand until glaze is completely absorbed.

COUNTRY TIME LEMONADE RECIPE

Steps:

• Measure drink mix into cap to 2-qt. line.
• Add water to drink mix in 2-qt. plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Pour 2-1/2 cups drink into ice cube trays. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Refrigerate remaining drink.
• Place frozen lemonade cubes in tall glasses; fill with prepared drink. Top each with lemon slice.
