BREADED PORK CHOPS

3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp dried parsley
2 Tbsp oil
4 tsp of chopped garlic (~ 4 cloves)
4 pork chops

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • Lightly beat eggs and mix with milk in a medium bowl (large enough for you to put your chops in.)
  • In another bowl (also large enough for the pork chops), mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
  • Heat oil over medium heat in a large, oven-safe skillet.
  • Add garlic and cook until lightly browned, then remove.
  • Put one chop in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  • Then put the chop into the bread crumb mix, coating evenly around all sides of the pork chop. Repeat for each pork chop.
  • Place the breaded pork chop in the skillet and brown for 4-5 minutes on each side (3-4 minutes for thinner chops, 4-5 minutes for thicker chops.)
  • Put the skillet, with the pork chops, into the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, until internal temp is 145F.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans (or your favorite sides) and enjoy!

Slow Cooker Boneless Pork Chops image

Pork chops cooked all day long, tender and so delicious. Brown the chops, put them in the crock pot, and supper is ready when you get home, plus it makes the house smell wonderful! This makes the perfect meat and potatoes supper, the liquid makes wonderful gravy over mashed potatoes.

½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken and rice soup

Steps:

  • Mix flour, dry mustard, and garlic powder together in a bowl. Dredge pork chops in the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook pork chops until browned, about 4 minutes per side. Place chops into a slow cooker; add soup and 1/4 cup water. Cook on Low until no longer pink in the center, 6 to 8 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
