5 Ingredient Fix Recipe Entry-I just can't get enough Corned Beef Hash, and Simply Potato Hash Browns make the preparation SO much easier. I use deli sliced corned beef as a shortcut as well.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the hash browns in a large bowl and sprinkle half of the cornstarch on top. Toss until well-coated. Repeat with the remaining cornstarch. Mix in the beaten egg.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 9 standard muffin tin cups that have been greased. Press the mixture to the bottom and sides of the cup. Bake 20-23 minutes or until golden brown.
- Fill the baked hash brown cups with equally divided amounts of the corned beef strips. Top with equal amounts of the shredded cheese. Bake an additional 7-9 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes. Carefully loosen the edges of cups using a knife. Use a fork to remove each tater cup.

- Peel the potatoes, cut into large dice, and cook for 5-6 minutes, in boiling, salted water, until half cooked. Drain well.
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the corned beef. Mix together the potato cubes, onion, and corned beef. Season with salt and pepper. Grease well a frying pan with oil and put the meat and potato mixture into the pan.
- Beat the egg. Dissolve the tomato puree or ketchup in 1 tbsp of hot water, beat this into the egg, add the Worcester and Tabasco sauces then pour onto the meat mixture. Fry gently for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
- I have known people to make this gourmet dish using cooked rice instead of cooked potatoes, but it has not been particularly successful.

- Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch dice. Add potatoes to a large saucepan of boiling water and boil 6 minutes, or until just tender. Drain.
- In a large non-stick skillet cook onion and garlic in butter over moderate heat, stirring, until onion is golden.
- Add bell pepper and cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over mixture and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in broth, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Add corned beef, potatoes, and salt and pepper to taste and cook over moderate heat, turning hash, until browned and crisp, about 15 minutes.
- Serve hash with fried eggs.
- To make corned beef:.
- In a kettle combine beef with cold water to cover by 2 inches and bring water to just a boil, skimming froth. Simmer beef, covered, 3 hours, or until tender. Remove kettle from heat and let beef stand in cooking liquid 20 minutes. Transfer beef to work surface and trim fat. Use beef as part of a boiled dinner and/or for making corned beef on rye. Corned beef keeps, covered and chilled, 4 days.
