COFFIN ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
These cute coffin sandwiches our Test Kitchen created are such a breeze to decorate, kids could do it themselves. With ice cream sandwiches and the toppings of their choice, the frozen snacks are ready in a snap.

Steps:
- Tint 1/2 cup frosting orange and 1 tablespoon frosting black. Cut corners off each ice cream sandwich to form coffin shapes. Dip sides of sandwiches in jimmies. Frost tops with orange frosting. Decorate as desired with black frosting, remaining white frosting and jimmies and/or sprinkles. Freeze until serving.

Steps:
- CUT bread slices into coffin shapes.
- LAYER with sliced meat, Singles, dressing and lettuce. Spear each sandwich with plastic toothpick to hold it together, if desired.
- CUT sandwich into coffin shape using coffin template and sharp knife. (Click here to print template.) For an even stronger template, trace the template onto a piece of cardboard and cut out.

TOASTED SANDWICHES
Steps:
- Prepare a grill or heat up a grill pan. Halve the bread horizontally and cut into 2-inch rectangles. Toast the bread on the hot grill or grill pan. Brush each slice with the garlic clove, then the halved tomato. Cover with either chorizo sausage or Serrano ham. Drizzle with olive oil. Continue with remaining toasts and meats. Serve an assortment of open faced sandwiches at room temperature.
