Coffee Mate Replacement Vanilla Recipes
COFFEE-MATE'S VANILLA CARAMEL CHEESECAKE
This cheesecake was so delicous and easy. A Coffee-Mate Recipe I found on the Coffee-Mate Web site. I drizzled some caramel sundae topping over it for presentation and taste.

Steps:
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F Grease bottom and side of 9-inch springform pan.
- PRESS cookie crumbs onto bottom of prepared pan. Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
- BEAT cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually stir in Coffee-mate. Pour filling into crust.
- BAKE for 45 to 50 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly.
- COMBINE sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl; mix well. Spread over surface of warm cheesecake. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Remove side of springform pan.
- NOTE: Try substituting Hazelnut Flavor or Irish Crème Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer.

Steps:
- This comes from the side panel of a Walmart brand coffee whitener (check it out).
- Mix one part hot water with one part powdered non-dairy creaner, stir thoroughly. Add your choice of flavor extract (be creative). Add one part cold water. Store in refrigerator.
- Think about it. Mocha, Vanilla, Almond, Splenda, Stevia. Your choice, low-cal, controlled flavor possibilities.
- Make it your own.

COFFEE MATE REPLACEMENT - VANILLA
Steps:
- Two things before you begin: 1) This comes out VERY sweet, when you mix it into your coffee, it is only mildly sweet. (Adjust sweetness according to your tastes). 2) Be sure to NOT boil the liquid. The heat never needs to exceed a temperature you can comfortably hold your finger in for a five-count. Pour all ingredients into a small or medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, slowly stirring once liquid reaches room temperature. Check spoon every few stirs to look for solid/runny sugar at bottom of pan. Once there is no more solid sugar, take it off the heat, transfer to a serving vessel and let cool on the counter until it gets to room temp. You can then stick it in the fridge.
