COCOA PEBBLES KRISPIES

Steps:

• Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
• Microwave butter on high 45 seconds or until melted.
• Add marshmallows and toss to coat.
• Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are completely melted.
• If you prefer to make these on the stove top, put butter and marshmallows in a pan and melt.
• Add cereal and mix well.
• Press firmly and evenly into prepared pan.
• Cool and cut into bars.

Steps:

• In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal. Stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper and evenly press mixture into a 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool until hardened. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
